The Community Development Permit Technician team is short-staffed and training new employees during this time. If you have submitted a permit application or documents using your online portal at any point during the last few months, we assure you that your permit is in the queue and that we have received a notification from the system. Various staff members are processing permits in order and as fast as we can. We are unable to print large-size plan sets during this time.
Technical/code questions should be directed to that division's plans reviewer (see the staff directory). Refraining from requesting status updates will allow our staff team to process permits faster.
